I'm currently in Utah for work and as a Guatemalan, I'm always on the lookout for Guatemalan food. Recently discovered a small spot that serves caldo de res and it was absolutely delicious! Reminded me of my time in Guatemala. The service is great and the food is authentic. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving some Guatemalan flavors!
