The thin crust pizzas here offer a crispy texture with a great balance of cheese and toppings, including standout options like the vegan "Trixie," potato and bacon, and roasted red bell pepper varieties. The service is efficient, especially around 8pm before the late-night rush, and the rotating flavors paired with a solid beer and soda selection make it an excellent choice for a late-night meal in downtown Salt Lake City.
