Ordered a two meat plate, pork spare ribs and brisket, and informed menu incorrect, can only get ribs by lb. Actually $$$$ by the lb. Very expensive. Re-ordered single meat plate, brisket only. Ordered iced tea. Informed cannot get tea, only packaged drinks available. After 15 minutes, received SINGLE beef rib in basket with sides, not any brisket. Asked for correct order, and was told this is what I would receive, as there was no brisket left, and the upcoming brisket was not ready yet. This time asked to purchase spare ribs instead...informed no spare ribs.(this was at noon on a Friday, only 5 other customers visible). Had to get into verbal confrontation with counter staff to get refund, as they had nothing to sell, but were taking payments, and substituting at their discretion. A party of 3 persons ahead of myself, that received their orders ahead of myself felt their meat was not cooked completely and served. I sat and waited while the others in my party finished their meal, and when we left, the cashier walked outside, waved, and said goodbye. Food is of poor quality, and the counter staff is at best in need of some lessons in customer service. BUYER BEWARE
