I found myself drawn back to Carnitas Uruapan two weeks in a row, all thanks to the enchanting performances by Santiago Jimenez, Jr. during Sunday mornings. As a vegetarian, there might not be much on the menu for me, but the warm hospitality of the staff and the nostalgic charm of the family-owned establishment keep me coming back for more. It's a delightful blend of tradition and community that makes me feel at home, away from the bustling grocery store lines.

BEST CARNITAS YOU WILL EVER HAVE IN SAN ANTONIO....GREAT STAFF!!! COME EARLY THOUGH IF NOT THEY RUN OUT!!!
