The authentic Mexican cuisine here consistently impresses me, especially the pozole, sopes, and cochinita pibil, which offer bold and unique flavors I haven't found elsewhere in Texas. The warm, colorful atmosphere and attentive staff create a welcoming dining experience that feels like a little escape, complete with a charming pet-friendly patio. Whether enjoying house-made salsas or exploring lesser-known dishes like empanada de flor de calabaza, every visit leaves me eager to return and try more.
