03/29/2014 - a not returning customer
Went to Joe's Crab Shack because we received a gift card. First, we had nats flying around us. Our waiter was more concerned making drinks that anything else. I asked for my rice to be put on my husbands plate, it wasn't. Had to wait for refills for our drinks. My lobster was very heavy seasoned in one place and not in others. I finally gave up on trying to crack my lobster. We waited over 20 minutes for our check, things we asked for we did not get. I finally gave up. I wanted to ask for a plastic bag for our left overs and employees were standing around talking to one another instead of helping customers.

I was very, very, very displeased with service and food. I guess I should have have better when I took a bite of the calamari and it was gritty.

Giving it 1 star is being very, very generous.
