I've been a regular in the neighborhood for quite some time and had my doubts about this restaurant. To my surprise, the food turned out to be better than I expected. The pepper steak had a good flavor, but the meat could have been more tender. Despite a slight delay in the drive-thru, the service was efficient and friendly.
