During my first visit to Panchito's, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, with a busboy promptly assisting me and the general manager interacting with guests at their tables. The food was flavorful, especially the fajitas and puffy tacos, and despite my preference for bar seating, the overall atmosphere was inviting and the staff exuded positivity, making it a place I'd be happy to return to.
