We had lunch at the Canyon Grille today. I drove there there from South Bay to meet friends. It was my first time at the restaurant. The environment and the server were nice, and I liked the short rib sandwich, but at 11:30, they were already out of iced tea. Plus, although there was alcohol on-site they "didn't have the key" to open the cabinet. By 1:30, still no alcohol or iced tea. As a former service manager I would have been embarrassed. Not only was there a hit to the reputation, but there was a loss of revenue on drinks. I will try the restaurant one more time, but if there is a similar experience, I will warn everyone.
