The service was a bit lacking as they just stared at me when I ordered, but the shrimp and beef bowl was truly impressive, even if the taste got a bit monotonous after a while. The Veggie Deluxe Combo offered a satisfying vegan option, with fresh and delicious flavors that stood out in a small town lacking great food choices. Despite the lackluster welcome, the hot and freshly cooked beef teriyaki was delicious, and the service turned out to be better than anticipated, making me appreciate the focus on fresh and healthy ingredients by the proprietor.
