I can't believe I almost forgot to share about this amazing restaurant on Montgomery St and 3rd Ave in Chula Vista. Growing up, we used to head to the spring valley swap meet for some delicious nachos, but Pancho's has taken the crown with their Carne Asada nachos, a true local favorite. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and their nachos with just carne, melted cheese, sour cream, and guacamole are simply unbeatable. The food here is fantastic, with fresh hot carrots and jalapeños adding the perfect kick to every bite.
