I discovered this taco shop during a recent visit to Encinitas and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Despite some negative reviews, I found the prices to be reasonable and the dishes to be consistently delicious. My go-to orders are the bean cheese rice burritos, Surf and Turf burrito, and the Chile Relleno plate, all of which are prepared quickly and to my satisfaction. While the staff may come across as a bit abrupt, they are always polite and accommodating, making this my preferred spot for satisfying Mexican cuisine in town.
