Aqua Mare is the new name of the restaurant formerly known as Seasalt Del Mar. Our server, Brian, was a real star - he guided us through the menu with charm and expertise. The scallops and truffle risotto were absolute winners, standing out as some of the best dishes I've ever had in my dining adventures across NYC, Boston, and LA. Thanks for a fantastic experience!
