During a casual bar crawl on 30th Street, we found ourselves drawn to a lively brewery bustling with energy and a variety of seating options, easily accommodating our large group on a sunny Saturday. The atmosphere was inviting, with friendly staff offering samples of unique beers, and I was particularly enamored by the smooth peanut butter stout that quickly became a favorite among us. My heart sank upon discovering that the Belching Beaver Taproom had closed after a fire, leaving only the faint scent of burnt wood in the air, and I can't help but hope for their swift return.
