Pavlos Tacos has recently opened under new ownership, and it's still the same beloved establishment that many of us have enjoyed for years. The fresh ingredients and friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back for more, whether I'm grabbing a quick lunch or a family dinner. With delicious options like the Justin's burrito and great service, it's a staple in Encinitas that I cherish.
