The carne asada burritos here are some of the best around, and the green sauce is incredibly delicious. While the atmosphere might not be fancy and customer service could use some improvement, the big portions and flavorful tacos make it a solid choice for a satisfying meal.

The meat trimmings are top quality and the cabeza burritos are absolutely delicious, with prices that won't break the bank. The atmosphere may not be the fanciest, but the authentic Mexican food at this Escondido spot has kept me coming back for over 40 years - their green sauce is a must-try and the carne asada burritos are unbeatable.
