I found Los Charros on Valley Parkway while craving some delicious Mexican food nearby, and the carne asada torta blew me away with its tender meat and generous portions. The service was fast and friendly, the salsa quickly became my favorite in town, and the fresh, flavorful dishes like camarones a la diabla made me eager to return again and again.

I had a great meal at Los Charros today in the EVSP neighborhood on Valley Parkway. The carne asada torta was so filling and the carne was really tender. I also loved the carne quesadilla with guacamole and the flavorful table salsa, definitely worth a visit.
