If you're craving Persian kabobs, this little spot on Union Ave. is a must-visit. The juicy koobideh and perfectly grilled meats, paired with generous portions of rice, make it a favorite of mine, and the friendly service adds to the charm.

Not a quality or authentic food. The rice is kind of a cheap type basmati rice and overcooked. Hardly any Zafron used in dishes.
