I recently tried the Moroccan lamb tangine from the PSRT food truck, and it was a delightful experience. The dish featured a flavorful combination of lamb, chickpeas, apricots, and saffron rice, complemented by warm pieces of bread. At $8, it was a satisfying and affordable meal that I would highly recommend, placing it among my favorite food trucks in the Peninsula like Banjara Bistro and Louisiana Territory.
