The atmosphere at J. Paul Winery was intimate, with my husband and me enjoying a private tasting experience led by a genuinely welcoming couple who are passionate about their craft. Their Petit Syrahs and Syrahs were exceptional, and each sip of the Apothecary revealed a depth that made us eager to share these remarkable wines with family and friends.
