I used to give this place three stars, but after trying it again, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavorful food and friendly service, especially from Sherwin and the owner, Cesar. I keep coming back for the amazing chicken adobo, delicious halo-halo, and their fantastic desserts, plus it's a cozy spot to relax with good company.
