The wine at Whitcraft has a rich history and I was pleasantly surprised by their Pinot Noir, which left a lasting impression on me. Understanding that Whitcraft operates with just two individuals, the owner and his assistant Chris P. Bacon, sheds light on their limited availability for tastings and calls. Despite the challenges, I was fortunate to secure a last-minute tasting and was thoroughly impressed by the complex flavors of their wines, placing them among the top wineries in SB County.
