We hired Beth's catering at $17 a plate for our party. It was Street tacos, 4 per person, rice beans chips salsa and condiments. We arranged this 2 months in advance. We had 110 people plus 5 band members. Before we got to the last table she had run out of chicken and beans, and shortly after was out beef too. She then left and went to get more meat so the remaining 10 to 12 people would get their tacos.
She came back with only some beef, and overcooked that. Myself and my wife let everyone go ahead of us. We had a band of 5 people. The lead singer of the band had a meal of taco chips and rice. My wife and I and several others ended up getting overcooked dry beef tacos, some rice, no beans, no condiments, and a few chips. She didn't apologize or offer a discount Her prices aren't cheap and we didn't get our money's worth.
