Chef Rick's is a longtime favorite of ours, and we couldn't wait to grab some food for a birthday celebration at home. The Coconut Shrimp is always a must, and I absolutely loved the Blackened Quesadilla Shrimp this time around. The atmosphere is so inviting, and I just want to shout out how fantastic the food is every time we visit!
