Tony's Restaurant has been family owned for over 50 years. They are the type of restaurant that can satisfy a variety of taste buds. They offer delicious pizzas, pastas, salads, sandwiches and burgers (served on their homemade Italian Rolls and Hamburger Buns), steaks, and bbq ribs. Also, their homemade banana cream pie is a local favorite. Come by and check it out! | 11:00 am

Had local favorite chicken pasta. Sadly little chicken. I had to look hard for the mini chicken cubes.

Who would have thought that an italian place would have such great burgers! I had their Mike's cheeseburger with bacon and avocado served on their homemade bun- OMG SO GOOD!! I would definitely recommend this place :D

Pizza tasted like the cardboard box it came in. Ended up throwing it away.

Some of the best Italian food on the coast. The meat sauce is wonderful The meatballs and the sausage are homemade. The salami sandwich is a a stand out. They have a banana cream pie that is made from a family recipe that is so delicious you can hardly ever get a piece - it sells out so fast. If you want some ask your server if they have any left and if they do, put a hold on a piece before you even order the rest of the meal. I love this place and go to it whenever I am in Carpinteria.

You would think a restaurant located less than a mile from the beach could come with something halfway decent in the line of seafood. This place was awful! Fried, frozen everything straight from the freezer to the oil. Abandonded food on the next table left by the last disappointed patrons for 45 minutes after we arrived. Dirty restrooms, joke of a salad bar, $35 for two without drinks and heartburn for the next 24 hrs. Leave now while you still have a chance.

Orderd medium with 5 topings and they really skimped on all but one. Salad bar was average and iverpriced at $7.99 for one pass through.
Overall - average and over priced.

Was visiting a friend in the carpinteria area and chanced upon this restaurant. Wowed me and my friends with it's clam chowder soup. Main course was very decent of course only with it's giant portions we could possibly complain off.

From beginning to end our meal was fabulous. We started with a calamari, clam, scallop appetizer then a wonderful clam chowder. The chowder had chunks of bacon with copious amounts of clams. The entrée, a perfectly seasond blackend ahi steak medium-rare with fettuccini alfredo. And finally, homemade apple and banana cream pie was a perfect ending to an already perfect meal. Even the iced tea was done just right!!! We'll be back.
