I just finished up dinner, and I highly recommend heading this way now! The team here is doing an amazing job and the atmosphere is upbeat and fun. The smoked salmon was perfect - light, flavorful, and tender. The firecracker roll was a delicious surprise with an extra crunch that added a new dimension of texture and flavor.
