The dim sum restaurant I visited on the weekend had long lines, but once seated, the servers were quick to set the table and bring out water, tea, and utensils. The selection of dishes was impressive, especially for those who enjoy Cantonese or Mandarin cuisine, and the portions were generous for the price.
