The food is really good and reasonably priced at this diner, with very friendly staff. The omelet and hamburger were satisfying, and the curry chicken with rice is a must-try. The Gourmet Family Restaurant is a classic spot for a delicious and plentiful meal, with great service and an outdoor breakfast option.

We had Mothers Day turkey dinner with all the fixens today The meals were excellent I can't say anything bad only good things Will order there again

Have eaten here for 50 years...keep going back for the good food, friendly staff, and fair prices. There is a wide variety of foods to choose from. The pork bbq is a favorite. I wouldn't order liver anywhere but here - with onions! My son thinks the cheesesteaks are the best in NEPA and my other son loves the Joey. Breakfast, from omelettes to pancakes can not be beaten. You can't go wrong at the Gourmet.
