Earlier this week, I tasted a ginger molasses cookie that left a lasting impression on me. Although I'm not diagnosed with a gluten allergy, I find these cookies irresistible and can't help but grab one whenever I visit Tully's at Boeing; the Oatmeal Cookie is particularly exceptional.
