Absolutely loved the quesadillas at this Seattle spot - the pollo tinga was tender and flavorful, and the soft corn tortilla was perfectly toasted. Don't miss out on the fresh and bright green salsa that comes with it, adding a delicious kick. And don't forget to grab some chamoy gummies from the snack shop for a sweet finish to your meal!
