I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Waiter on Wheels under new management, especially after my previous encounters had left me disheartened. Cory, the Customer Service Manager, was incredibly accommodating, and Edward, the account manager, provided exceptional support by anticipating my needs and ensuring a seamless process. The delivery was also impressive, with Carlos going above and beyond to assist with the setup, making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
