If you're in the mood for a unique twist on pho, this joint in Chinatown might just hit the spot. The Bun Bo Hue I tried was tasty, though it had a different flair than the traditional Vietnamese version I'm used to. With a bustling atmosphere and speedy service, it's a fun place to grab a quick bite and indulge in some delicious rolls and noodles!
