Horrible horrible horrible, went there last night for a birthday celebration for my brother in law. We had a party of 12. I guess party was too big for waiter he completely LEFT restaurant, 2 of the diners in our party NEVER got their meals, the cook left the restaurant under the guise of going to get a supervisor he then NEVER returned....someone finally came from the buffet side and asked what was going on, this was after members of our party walked all around restaurant and outside restaurant looking for help from anyone. She was finally able to get the supervisor he appeared to be nonchalant he just said that's fine don't worry about paying you're all fine...no concern that we drove from east Texas for a celetlbration. On our way out of the restaurant the waiter strolls back in as if nothing ever happened...this is the worst place EVER...also did I mention some orders were incomplete in our party, some orders had no sides ONLY steak, one order only got his salad, 2 members of our party got nothing...TRUST ME DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

HORRIBLE...first time there. I had an $80 coupon. My husband and I went there last night and ordered the 12 oz. Ribeye steak; it was a square piece of meat. I told them that that was not a Ribeye steak. My steamed veggies were hard and nothing but green/yellow squash. Our baked potatoes looked like they had been in the warmer for about 6 hrs. I returned them and the next ones were not much better. I had to ask for butter, salt, etc. The waitress was very nice, but she did tell us that since they had not been too busy that the potatoes were old. I DID TELL THEM THAT THE MEAL WAS A DISGRACE AND SO WAS MY EXPERIENCE.. Not worth the money and very low quality food. I do not recommend this place. I give it a 1 star.

I had an outstanding time there. My server was friendly and very attentive; she was very bubbly. I ate the 12 oz ribeye it was very good. Loved the crab cakes. My date had the grilled chicken; it was moist and flavorful. We enjoyed our evening.

I received comps for $80 to the steakhouse and since I had never been there I decided to check it out.
I was excited and looking forward to the experience.
I have been to other steakhouses in the other casinos and I was pleased.
The restaurant is very small and it looks old.
It does not have a very extensive menu and considering the prices I feel is a rip off.
I ordered some type of Chicken that appeared to have been taken straight out of the freezer to the grille because it was very moist, there was some type of liquid at the bottom of the plate and honestly is was disgusting. It was served with 3 asparagus spears that were hard to chew , grilled onions and grilled bell peppers. VERY SMALL PORTION
My sister ordered a stuff shrimp plate, She got 3 large butterfly stuffed shrimp with 3 asparagus spears
We ordered cranberry juice which was served in a small 8 Oz glass. I did not expect a refill because I am sure that would have cost an additional $3.
The food sat on the counter for about 5 minutes under a heat lamp because the other dish was not finished
Our server did not bring us our food it was another waiter.

Between the two plates and drinks it was $$66.We left out of there and We had to go eat somewhere else because we were hungry.
I even mentioned to my sister "I wonder how would the server feel if I gave her a small tip to match the portions they served us"
I still left her $10.00 tip because it was not her fault the portions were so small.

It was her birthday and I felt embarrassed, I understand that it might be an "upscale" joint but give me a damn break. $30 for 3 shrimp and 3 asparagus spears????
I do not recommend this place to anyone that is hungry
you will definitely not get your money's worth.
Do not waste your time and money. Margaritaville buffet on Fridays and Saturdays serves prime rib,crab legs and jumbo shrimp for $28 per person with free beer and refills
No wonder Diamond Jacks is losing gamblers left and right to Margaretville and Horseshoe.

01/18/2016 - Do not waste your time.
My friend had two extra tickets to the Daz band concert on Saturday night .
Before the concert he and his wife wanted to eat and said they would like to stay close and
eat at the Steakhouse in the casino. I had never eaten at this place but had heard bad stories about the place.
We were seated at 1900 the concert started at 2000. The came to the table . My friends wife as to see the wine menu. The waiter said I will let you see the menu but I must advise you the we do not have most items that are listed on the menu. She asked him to suggest a white wine they had. He made a suggestion and came back to the table and stated they were out of that wine. She asked for spinach and artichoke appetizer. The waiter came back and stated they were out of that. The last thing that took the cake was, Our waiter was at another table taking a order he yelled from that table to the cook to see if they were out of another dish that another couple was ordering. Do not waste your time at this place. I literally asked my wife how are they still in business???
