Had lunch for two today. Ordered turkey bacon club sandwich and BBQ chicken pizza. Took ten minutes to get it. Waiter said sorry for the delay. We ate (shared) the sandwich first because the pizza is usually hot. The sandwich was crispy and wonderful. Now to the pizza. We should have sent it back. There was no crisp to the bottom at all. Seemed raw to me. The chicken wasn't even warm anymore and the cheese had gone back to firm. Asked mgmt. He said that sometimes the conveyor on the oven is hotter and sometimes it is set cooler. Some excuse. Not a satisfied customer. Used to visit old Schlotzsky's weekly.......
