I usually give this restaurant three stars, but it's one of the rare independent choices in Florence. My husband and I love coming here in the colder months; there's nothing like a hot and spicy bowl of Pho to warm you up on a dreary day. While I mostly stick to the Pho, they have a decent variety of other dishes, though the lack of separation between smoking and non-smoking areas can be a bit of a downside.
