The owners of Moroccan Cookbook are incredibly warm people who share a wonderful array of authentic recipes with the Carolinas. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious chicken pita with grilled veggies and enjoyed the fresh, flavorful dishes, making this a new favorite for me.
