I was a frequent customer. After going in on a Saturday afternoon and receiving cold food And paying a $114 for the meal I will no longer be a customer. I addressed the issue with the server. She said that the manager would Contact me. It has now been 6 days And no one has returned any of my calls. I later found out that big boy's country buffet Turns their buffet bar off an hour before closing. They will continue to receive customers After the buffet bar has been turned off Causing customers to receive cold food.

One of the nastiest and disgusting places I have ever dined. The meat loaf was full of bread slices and so much ketchup till it gagged me. The fried chicken was raw. Children were at the buffet (unattended) picking up food with their hands and dropping it in the floor. A large fat woman was tasting the food with her fingers while she was looking over the buffet. Horrible experience will not eat there again.

All of the food was delicious, Sunday. Wait staff is excellent. Have to go back another time to experience more of the different foods. Too much to sample on 1 visit. I will definately go back.
