I have ate there before and was really good. Went back today and ordered something off the menu and it taste really terrible very disappointed. My husband food he had ordered was over cooked. I only took two bites of it and the waitress ask how it was I told her it wasn't good at all. She went to see the manager to tell them. She comes back they said nothing they could do abt it. Well rude want be going back ever.

Dined there a couple of nights ago. I was very disappointed in the food and service. Food was prepared cheaply using cheap components. Appetizers were terrible. Some entrees were OK, but a couple of our party's were really bad (mine included).
Staff is uncaring and extremely poorly trained. This was my second experience like this at Bizzell's. The last time management/ownership offered no apology. There will not be a next time.
I do not recommend this below average restaurant. If you're dining in Hartsville, I would recommend the Midnight Rooster just across the street.
