My wife and I finally decided to try the Mayor's House. What a disappointment! Upon entrance we were shouted down by 4 servers at the front door. They all appeared to have forced smiles, and the girl who sat us screamed at us like we were deaf to follow her as she stomped through the restaurant and sat us at the table. When we were great ed by our server, again we were shouted down as she yelled about the specials and the upgraded soup options. We had the she crab soup, and it was tinted brown like it had been sitting for days. The flavor was OK, but i had the feeling it was old so i could not finish. next came the entree. my wife had the shrimp and scallop key west. It was over cooked, dry and the smallest portion I have ever seen. I had the petite Fillet and fried lobster. The fillet was very small and over cooked, and the fried lobster was greasy and raw in the middle. Our server checked to see if everything was good before we even had a bite, and never came back to see if things were good as we got into our food.
My advise to all .... STAY AWAY!!! Not worth the money, terrible food, and even worse service!! This is suppose to be fine dinning, with superb food and service, instead, my wife and I both feel we get better service and food from local fast food chains (we all know those are terrible)as compared to the Mayor's House.

worst restaurant i have ever been to, my advice stay away!!! Also there is a strange Oder though out the entire restaurant that made me almost sick. i could not wait to leave
