During my recent visit to Smoking' 608, formerly known as Cafe 608, after a BHSU graduation, the owner and waitress, Sheri, efficiently handled our group of 10. The ribs and chicken were outstanding, with a variety of BBQ sauces to choose from, and a nice selection of local beers available. While the homemade sauces in small containers were not to my liking, the overall experience of the flavorful BBQ and attentive service showed great potential for this downtown BBQ spot.
