Stopped looking for "real Ice Cream - shake" 100's of flavors of everything! Best coffee shake in years!

Went in for a german chocolate cyclone and i get german chocolate shake. Yep, not even close to the same! I didn't want to wait another hour for them to correct it, cuz service is soo slow. I wont be going back there for a long time. Not impressed.
