I savored the zesty arribiatta tortellini while my partner enjoyed the classic spaghetti, both expertly cooked. The homemade bread was irresistible, and the amaretto cake was a delightful finish to our perfect meal reminiscent of the great restaurants in my hometown. Peter, the warm-hearted owner, shared his family photos adorning the charming restaurant, making it a standout in Springfield's dining scene.

Wife and I had lunch there today; spaghetti with Sicilian meat sauce and a glass of Sangria. The food and wine were very, very good. The ambiance was restful and well done. The waitstaff were polite and efficient. I can see where some might think the food portion could have been more, but I am a six foot, two hundred pounder and thought the portion adequate. Each entree was $10 and the wine was $5 a glass. My only criticism is that I feel a $30 lunch should have included a small house salad. We will go back again and I would recommend Di Pieros.
