I have been to the Stillwater Olive Garden two times & have been disappointed both times.
The choices on the menu were very limited. The portions were disappointing. My meals both times were ok. However, both times the people that I have been there with said the food was not good. One person even returned her food afte taking 2 bites. She sent back all of the food & they did not even remove the item from her check.the server said"oh do you wante to ask my manager about removing it?" When the server returned she said the manager could only remove 1/2 of the cost because she ate 2 bites. That is TERRIBLE. Really she just paid for something she didn't even eat & NO she did not want or eat anything else. I personally saw this as POOR management because the manager didn't even come over & apologize for the food or offer anything else. The service was very slow both times. The first time my friend called them on the phone & asked if they were going to send a server to our table after we sat there for 15 minutes. I have worked in customer service & food service for well over 10 years & i do understand when you are busy, but when the server only has 3 tables next to each other that were not doubled or tripled on her & the total number of 7 people & the server never even noticed our table had no silverware & no napkins. We had to go to the hostess after we waited for the server to come back to the table & when she didn't return after several minutes we had to walk up to the hostess & ask the hostess for the napkins & silverware, just so we could eat.i will not recommend or go back Even if someone gives me a gift cared. I will drive to the city before i would go back to the Stillwater Olive Garden
