Took my wife out for her birthday, she ordered a filet/rare on the inside and crispy on the outside. It came back cool, wasn't even warm. She hesitated to send it back because re-warming changes the taste. She struggled through it. It is our bad because we didn't send it back in exchange for something else or a new filet.
Needless to say, we won't be back for a filet. My salmon was great. But, it was my wife's birthday and she was very disappointed. So, life goes on and we will find a better place for a filet...
