I had the pleasure of working at that spot for 6 years, enjoying the amazing dishes like chicken ala Vince and the delicious veal parmesan. The memories of Vince's perfectly cooked mozzarella sticks still linger in my mind, along with the camaraderie of the wonderful people I worked with.
