I had a great time at the Japanese festival in Seminole Heights yesterday, trying out all the delicious foods inspired by the culture. Even though some people were disappointed by the lack of traditional dishes, I personally enjoyed the unique twist, like the Ramen grilled cheese sandwich and my sister's favorite, the matcha green tea smoothie. I appreciate Generation Food Truck for their hard work and for putting Tampa on the food truck map, and I'm excited to see the growth and opportunities they bring to the Seminole Heights area.
