I tried the El Pollo Loco sandwich and man, it was delicious! The flavors really make it stand out from other chicken sandwiches. Tampa hosts the world's largest food truck rally every year, and I've always left disappointed-until I tried Roaming Gourmand at the Clearwater Jazz Festival. Their Shrimp n Grits were phenomenal, with fresh shrimp and amazing seasonings. The Luau pork sandwich I had was also a hit, packed with flavor and just the right size. I'll definitely be back for more.
