We have always enjoyed the food, but recently the management and the environment has been changing for the worst. The restaurant is becoming less customer friendly and more greedy.

The new manager doesn't want servers to offer bread to customers, and the customer loyalty program has changed. Instead of being given four $5 coupons for a filled punch card, you receive one $20 letter which must be used in only one visit, and no change can be given. As a lunch customer who never spends that much during one visit, this is really unfortunate.

The new manager is not as concerned or friendly to customers, and he fired the best waiter they had last week, who we always requested when we patronized the restaurant. He had served us well for years.

The management needs to understand that good food is not all that customers expect for their money. We want a good value and to be treated fairly and courteously as well.

I love the food, but maybe that will be the next thing to change.
