On my way from Nashville to Shiloh, I enjoyed delicious steak grilled outdoors even in winter, along with freshly cut fries and a bourbon that perfectly matched the moment. The owner was incredibly attentive while managing everything, and the lively atmosphere, complete with a great band and a friendly crowd, made the experience unforgettable; definitely ask for a slice of the frosted cake behind the bar to end the night on a sweet note.
