I found this amazing takeout joint that has the best spicy chicken ever. I was working late and popped in right before closing time, but they still welcomed me with a smile. The chicken was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and had just the right kick of spice. I'll definitely swing by again if I'm back in town!

I know what some are thinking: Good Asian food in Church Hill Tennessee? No way. I thought the same thing until I ate there. Not only are the portions generous, but the food is consistently delicious and perfectly cooked. I love seafood, and in upper east Tennessee its hard to find a restaurant that cooks seafood properly. This is one of those restaurants. If you've ever eaten a scallop that feels like you're chewing on a pencil eraser you know what I mean. Their scallops are always tender, their rice is fluffy and well-seasoned, their steak is tender and not over-cooked.
We've all ordered carry-out where the person on the phone sounds like you're bothering them, they're not worried about your order. That is NOT this restaurant. They are always very nice, and I've never had an order that was incorrect. I could not run a restaurant but if I did this would be the model.
One last note. No restaurant consistently turns out food like this unless you have a chef who truly cares. Do yourself a favor, if you like Asian food try this place out.
